The building will have a large terrace on the second floor facing Uptown Charlotte as well as a two-story atrium space that will enhance visual connectivity between levels. It will also include two underground levels of dedicated parking. Its design and height will be contextual to the surrounding structures in the vibrant Elizabeth community and will be directly adjacent to the new CMCU Central Avenue branch facility which broke ground in March 2022 and is expected to be open later this fall.

So we're really seeing a whole bunch of these. I don't have the details on those as we speak here, but there were some incentives that were handed out. The state, I believe, has not approved any incentives as far as I know for this. Again, it's only 50 jobs and a lot of the state incentives are geared around job creation, but certainly helps solidify North Carolina status as a data center (hub).
